Vollert Smart Clean Pallet Cleaner

The Smart Clean Pallet Cleaner by Vollert features additional devices including shuttering, pallet cleaners and oilers to optimize the manufacturing process and reduce the amount of manual intervention required during this phase of the production cycle. The pallet cleaner removes any traces of concrete from the surface of pallets with scrapers, strip-type brushes, roller brushes or pot brushes. The pallet oiler ensures that the casing pallet is automatically sprayed with formwork oil.

Shuttering cleaners clean the shuttering profiles so that it can be brought back automatically or manually into a new cycle.
