The TIGER Robotic Pallet Accumulator is a highly advanced design based on traditional pallet transport equipment. This is an economical, efficient, and flexible system that not only transports production pallets from the wet side, to the curing kilns, and to the dry side, but also keeps up with the pace of other high volume concrete production machines.
This machine allows the wet and dry sides to have independent supplies of pallets and allows for return and accumulation of pallets to storage for additional uses. The accumulation process involves storing and organizing the pallets in a buffer area to be de-stacked during transport to the concrete production machine.
